Need, order, get – How does Needly work?
When you are in need of groceries, visit Needly.com.au or download the Needly app on Android or IOS. Once your order is placed, we instantly receive it at one of our Needly outlets, where we stock all the products you need in a safe and controlled environment! The order is then packed by our team and dispatched to you immediately. Our very own delivery drivers will be on the way to you within minutes with your fresh groceries. You can track your driver as they make their way over to you. Your order will be at your door, within minutes.
Needly Outlets
We have our very own outlets located throughout the city. The outlets are our very own “supermarkets” stocked with all the products you see on our website and app. Our fresh products are supplied daily to give you the best quality possible and the freshest produce. Our staff are ready to pack your order and get it on the way to you as soon as it is placed.
Drivers
We have our own delivery drivers who are employed by Needly. Our drivers do their very best to get your order from our outlet to your door as fast and as safe as possible. When you meet one of our drivers, you will experience a level of politeness, professionalism, and safety unlike any other service out there.

We are rapidly expanding our reach, by opening outlets to service new areas all across the country.
